About the Project
An automated attendance permit workflow built with n8n to streamline the process of reporting attendance permits. Triggered at specified times (e.g., at the start of each workday). The system retrieves attendance permit data from Google Sheets, processes it to generate a summary report, and sends the report directly to the designated PIC via WhatsApp. It also includes automated logging of attendance permit submissions and real-time alerts for any issues encountered during processing.

The Challenge
Manual reporting of attendance permits can be time-consuming and prone to errors, especially when dealing with a large number of submissions. Delays in reporting can lead to miscommunication and inefficiencies in managing attendance.
The Solution
The Intern Time-Off Reporting Automation System automates the entire process of reporting attendance permits, from data retrieval to report generation and delivery. By leveraging n8n, the system ensures accurate processing of attendance permit data, timely delivery of summary reports via WhatsApp, and efficient management of attendance records. This automation reduces administrative workload, minimizes errors, and enhances overall efficiency in managing attendance permits.
