- Conducted quantitative research with 60+ respondents to gain key insights, validate target user needs, optimize product positioning.
- Developed 5 data-driven user personas to map target audience behaviors and provide solutions for user pain points.
- Designed high-fidelity mockups for TakeMeals, delivering an intuitive user interface and cohesive visual aesthetics.
