Triggered seamlessly via Google Apps Script webhooks, the system handles dynamic folder management in Google Drive, batch-processes employee data to generate PDF payslips, and distributes them directly via WhatsApp. It also features automated payroll logging, real-time PIC alerts for delivery status, and post-process data cleanup to reset spreadsheets. The goal of this system is to significantly reduce the time spent on manual distribution and minimize the risk of human error.
